Dawna Atamanchuk has been working in the field of learning and performance since 2003. She has the ability to conceptualize the needs of the organization and identify the learning gaps while bringing the right partners and tools to the table to design the program.
Those who know Dawna will attest to her creativity and passion. As a lifelong learner, Dawna continues to focus on her personal development. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Coaching program through Royal Roads University.
Dawna’s commitment to the community is a driving force behind her active volunteer activities. She developed the training curriculum for 100 employees of a large medical clinic regarding their electronic medical records (EMR) software system including all training document, workflow processes, training manuals, and a post-implementation communication plan.
She developed an eight course business skills training program for employees in the community living sector. Participated in the Inclusion implementation team to develop and deliver software training. Facilitated and oversaw the design, development, and implementation of policies in key operational areas such as
personnel, administration, accountability, board relations, and board protocols
