As a workplace trainer, I am passionate about learning! I’ve been blessed to lead and develop several training sessions including customer service, leadership development, and communication. I delight in helping others find awareness in communication while building trust and developing emotional intelligence both individually and with teams. I work closely with our customers to adapt learning sessions to meet the goals of the training as well as those of the organization.
I work closely with our customers to adapt learning sessions to meet the goals of the training as well as those of the organization. I bring a spirited facilitation style that helps engage learners and allows training messages to be delivered and understood with ease.
My curiosity gives me the fexibility to take the conversations and discussions in training and create meaningful learning opportunities. From my background in broadcasting, I bring with me experience in developing promotions, producing, public speaking and writing. My zest for learning and public speaking led me to the field of workplace education.
I’ve been leading fitness classes for over 10 years with my specialty as a 200 hr yoga teacher. I love bringing health and wellness to the corporate world and may even sneak in a chair yoga session every now and then.
I’ve been leading workplace training sessions for 7 years, teaching:
1. Oral Communication
2. Working with Others
3. Thinking Skills
My niche area is middle management, prospective leaders, and front line staff. I love bringing awareness to communication styles in these roles. In order to be effective in these roles one must develop trust with the people they are leading or serving and that is done through effective communication.
