Performance Review Conversations
There is immense value in holding performance reviews especially if the conversation is 2 way. This session looks at how to have hard conversations while building trust and retaining respect. Performance reviews tell our employees how they are doing as well as setting goals together for improvement. Using respectful workplace communication, delivering positive and corrective feedback plus creating an open space for thoughtful communication and listening will be key factors in this workshop.
