Workplace Education Manitoba (WEM) Centres are located throughout Manitoba and focus on adult client assessments and training in their journey towards success in:

• Apprenticeship and trades
• Skills for the next job
• Current careers

Our locations in each region of the province provide us with insight to specific needs of the local area and the ability to deliver programs to meet local needs. 

WEM provides Skills for Success programming, to support you at work or in your training. We offer flexibility and have programs that are offered on evenings and weekends, and different times of the day.

Programs are directed at developing the nine Skills for Success including Reading, Writing, Numeracy, Digital Skills, Problem-solving, Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Collaboration and Adaptability.

In person and online training

WEM Centres offer face-to-face classroom-style training as well as online training through a virtual classroom. Clients work through an individualized training plan alongside an instructor to focus on their unique learning goals.
