Welcome to the Collaboration for Leaders Program. This Essential Skills Solutions-focused program includes 10 interactive sessions facilitated by Workplace Education Manitoba trainers. The Collaboration Leadership Learning Series explores the foundations of collaborative leadership including key strategies for success when working with others, solving problems, building teams, and managing change.

You Will Receive:

– Opportunities to exchange best practices, ideas, and problem-solving strategies
– Ready-to-use toolkit including assessments, resources, recommended reading, hands-on practice exercises
– Job aids you can use to coach your teams on the job and as you need them
– Opportunities to learn necessary skills to continuously learn and develop your leadership competencies
– Coaching resources and supports to help you manage yourself, your environment, your team, and your resources

– Awareness of skills and strategies that can be used to increase and build the overall capacity and agility of your work teams
– Critical and strategic thinking skills that will make you a more effective problem-solver and decision-maker
– Confidence as you build your unique capacity as a leader
